Role Summary:
INCCRRA is seeking an Program Specialist to join our Professional Development Department. An individual in this position is responsible for the receiving, entry, processing, participant determinations, counseling, and communications, as needed, to Professional Development Program participants. An individual in this position must be able to follow a process that is set up for them and be detail oriented.

What will you be doing?
- Receive and process program applications and documentation. Enter all applications and documentation into the data tracking program and scanning program.
- Counsel/Correspond with program participants and maintain accurate case notes. Resolve application or documentation issues.
- Determine program eligibility and meet department accuracy expectation.
- Authorize payments or coursework for eligible applicants.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities we are looking for:
- Completion of 4 years of high school diploma, or equivalent, plus completion of two years of college or technical school with an associate degree
- An individual in this position is expected to learn and complete all assigned tasks within the designated program.
- An individual in this position is expected to complete all tasks with accuracy, as set within the Department.
- An individual in this position will need basic computer knowledge, basic math skills, self-motivated and excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
